The services that the sleep consultant provides are not intended to replace or supplement medical advice. You agree that none of the advice that the sleep consultant provides shall be considered medical advice nor should the advice be relied upon you as medical advice. You should always seek the advice of your medical practitioner. Therefore, you should consult with your personal physician or other health-care professional if you have any healthcare related questions or before embarking on a new sleep program. If a medical problem appears or persists, do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice from your personal physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Accordingly, the sleep consultant expressly disclaims any liability, loss, damage, or injury caused by information provided to the client.
Support: Follow-up support is meant to mean that the sleep consultant will be available to respond to your questions and concerns each day via email communication or a scheduled phone call.
The sleep consultant is available during the working hours of 9:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Sunday. Although these are working hours, every effort will be made to respond to phone calls within 5 hours, and email within 24 hours. We are often available to respond much sooner and will do so if feasible.
The follow-up support period begins within 7 days of receiving the Sleep Plan. Support cannot be "paused" or used at a later date. The sleep consultant works with a maximum number of families at a time, and booking your support period reserves your spot for that period of time. If you feel you may want to "save" some support for a later date, you have the option of purchasing additional support at a future date. Exceptions may only be made for extreme unforeseen circumstances (e.g. death in the family, severe sickness in the family, etc.). Exceptions will not be made for a family vacation, teething, or developmental milestones.
It is imperative that the client keep the sleep consultant updated on sleep data and any other issues or concerns that may arise. Failure to do so results in an inability for the sleep consultant to help said client and their child(ren) with their sleep goals. We are in the business of helping families sleep so this is a joint partnership in that effort. There is no magic wand or guarantees as the child's progress highly depends on the parent's ability to consistently implement the changes set forth by the sleep consultant. This will be difficult and emotional work and in order for the client to get the most out of their sleep plan (and their money's worth), they must work together with and comply with adjustments and recommendations in their plan.
You are not permitted to sell, post, or publish any of the information or content from the Sleep Plan given to you by the sleep consultant, unless you have received written permission from the sleep consultant, and cite them as the source.
Consultation Services. The client hereby employs the consultant to perform the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The Consultant will consult with the Client concerning matters relating to the management and organization of implementing the sleep plan agreed upon with the client. Details as set out in section
This agreement comes into effect on the date of implementation of the sleep plan.
The Consultant will provide a 1 hour consultation to the Client regarding the implementation of healthy sleep habits for the Client’s child. Following the consultation, the Client will receive the sleep plan by email within 24 hours of the consultation. The Client will have 24 hours to review the sleep plan, and will have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any concerns with the sleep consultant by email. The Client agrees to follow the plan as it is written. Following written notification (email) from the Client as to when the sleep plan will be implemented (must be within 1 week of consult), the Consultant will provide follow up support by text/email and/or phone that will end:
□ Two weeks (14 days) after the sleep plan has been implemented. This support package includes daily email follow up during the first week, and up to one scheduled 30 minute phone call a week, during the two weeks (as needed).
All phone calls will be scheduled in advance. The agreement will terminate as outlined above. The Consultant reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client breaches any of the terms of this agreement.
Payment to the Consultant.
All sales are final, and no refunds will be given once the sleep plan has been created.
I have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, estate and all members of my family.
