This package is the deluxe sleep package for babies and toddlers. It includes:


  • For children age 4 months – 3 years.
  • A detailed assessment of your child's current sleep history, behaviors, and patterns.
  • A custom sleep plan that fits the needs and personalities of your family.
  • 60 minute phone consultation or in-home consultation (additional fee for in-home consults).
  • Nursery/Bedroom tour and evaluation.
  • Sleep education and safe sleep practices.
  • Four weeks of daily follow-up support.
  • An Exit Packet is included at the end of the two weeks, with all of the information needed for moving forward, regressions, transitions, etc.
  • Sleep Regression Guide.
  • Sick Sleep Guide.
