This is the most popular package for helping your baby or toddler sleep better! It includes:


  • For children age 4 months – 3 years
  • A detailed assessment of your child's current sleep history, behaviors, and patterns
  • A custom sleep plan that fits the needs and personalities of your family
  • 60 minute phone consultation or in-home consultation (additional fee for in-home consults)
  • Nursery/Bedroom tour and evaluation
  • Sleep education and safe sleep practices
  • One hour of on-demand support at bedtime on night 1
  • Two weeks of daily email support and phone follow up support
  • An Exit Packet is included at the end of the two weeks, with all of the information needed for moving forward, regressions, transitions, etc.
